3. Eligibility

• 18+ required to purchase programs, coaching, or digital products
• 13–17 may use website with parental supervision

4. Services Provided

We provide educational and coaching services including:

• Fitness coaching
• Wellness education
• Nutrition education (non-medical)
• Personal development coaching
• Digital courses and downloads
• Group programs and consultations

All services are educational and informational only.

5. No Medical Advice

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should consult your physician before starting any fitness, nutrition, or wellness program.

6. Fitness & Wellness Risk Disclosure

Participation in fitness and lifestyle programs involves inherent risks including injury, illness, or aggravation of existing conditions.

By participating, you voluntarily assume these risks.

7. Payment Terms

All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method.

Failure to pay may result in loss of access.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Courses

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds may be denied if content has been substantially consumed.

Coaching Programs

Refund requests must be made within 3 calendar days of enrollment.
After 3 days, fees are non-refundable.

Events / Consultations

Must cancel 48 hours in advance for refund eligibility.
Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, programs, branding, videos, and downloads are owned by Good Life EduTainment, LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, resell, distribute, or share materials without written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate laws
• Harass or abuse others
• Infringe intellectual property
• Attempt to hack or disrupt services

We may remove users or content at our discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months for the specific service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Good Life EduTainment, LLC from claims resulting from misuse of services or violation of these Terms.

We may use affiliate links and are not responsible for third-party services.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated.

15. Governing Law (NY + Nationwide Consumer Protection Safe)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

If you reside outside New York, you may also have rights under your local consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
